 Last month I had an emergency leak that I had neglected from last years storm damage. I was almost certain my insurance wasn't going to cover it because I was in my crazy thoughts of denials & possibly not being able to afford the cost.
Well, Rocky & his team did an awesome job of assessing the damage, taking pictures & video showing me where the damage stemmed from & assuring me that my insurance would cover.
I can't thank him enough for putting me at ease & the professionalism him & his team showed.
I was so stressed with worry but after seeing them in action & the care his team had for my property I immediately felt at ease enough to go on an impromptu last minute trip overnight which left me unavailable for 8 hours out of the work day.
